The NYC Local Law 87/09 (Energy Audit & Retro-Commissioning) is an important tool to help provide a roadmap to achieve the GHG emissions target set in NYC Local Law 97/19 by identifying cost-effective energy savings measures for buildings. We provide complete packages that include the energy audit, retro-commissioning, and the filing of the Energy Efficiency Report (EER).

• In conjunction with electrification, we simultaneously ensure full Compliance with Lighting Upgrades & Sub-Metering. In particular, these must be completed by May 1, 2025, as a direct consequence of the requirements set by NYC Local Law 88/09.
